Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• For stays from 2 weeks and longer and for long-term rentals special conditions can be agreed upon after discussion. Additional information about the prices: Please note: The rental agreement is concluded only when you transfer 40% of the rent amount within 10 days to the bank account mentioned in the confirmation, otherwise the dates booked will be opened for new bookings. The balance amount must be transferred within 30 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, then the entire amount is payable within 10 days. Surcharges for electricity, heater, tourist tax and vat will be charged by the owner. Additional costs are charged as follows: Final cleaning CHF 250 for bed and pool cleaning we charge CHF 25 per person. Rent should be paid in Swiss Francs.
• Contract terms:
  The reservation and rental agreement are valid only with payment receipt of deposit 40% of the base rent amount. If this payment is not received within 10 days from the booking date, then the booking and rental agreement shall be voided. In this case there shall be no claim of the rent amount or rebooking or compensation.
  
  In case of not showing up, late arrival or early departure there shall be no claim of reimbursement of rent amount made to the lessor. So long as there is another booking found for the same period, then the lessor shall reimburse the net amount of the tenant back to him/her for the corresponding rental period deducting a compensation cost of CHF. 500. It is therefore advisable to sign up for travel insurance as tenant.
• Other agreements:
  House and furniture are insured against fire, water, extended coverage, glass breakage, theft etc. Should the rent be delayed or prevented on account of heavy violence or by massive damage done by a previous tenant or a third person, the lessor is not liable.
  
  The holiday villa is a well-maintained house and recently refurbished in 2007 and rented for the first time. The tenant takes care of the house, furnishing and furniture and reports any damage to the lessor. The tenant at fault takes liability for the costs incurred for damage recovery, replacements, repairs and any loss of rent. Should the need arise, there is a renter's liability insurance, which he has personally signed.
  
  The villa is a non-smoker's domicile. The tenant agrees to not smoke inside the house.
