A £100.00 'damage deposit' is charged, which is fully refunded if the apartment is left in good order. - Payments normally by cheque, or direct bank to bank transfer. PAY PAL accepted, but with a 3% surcharge (that's less than they charge me ! )
- In the event of a holiday needing to be cancelled, I ask to be advised as soon as possible, whereupon I will use my best endeavours to re-let. If I can re-let, I will return your deposit, less any expenses incurred for additional advertising etc. I strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken out.

- Both bathrooms are fully-tiled and spotlessly clean and exterior facing. Powerful shower over bath in both bathrooms, and effective shower curtains in both. Both bathrooms have opening windows to the outside, providing excellent ventilation so that that towels and shower-curtains dry quickly, and bathrooms remain dry and condensation-free. Mirrors with effective overhead lighting, and shaver-sockets, are fitted to both bathrooms. There are ample towel-drying rails, shelves, cup / tooth-brush holders and wall-cabinets. Rubber mats for inside baths. The biggest possible electric hot-water tank provides ample hot water for six people. All electricity used is included in the rental price. There are no extras, no meters, and no condensation !

- A total of 6 single beds make this apartment suitable for family accommodation or six people. The beds in two of the bedrooms can be made into a double bed. Cot & high-chair & buggy provided free of charge. There are beautiful sea-views from the master bedroom & both showers ! A glass door allows direct access from master bedroom to balcony. All three bedrooms have been individually designed, furnished, and decorated to enhance their different shapes & characters. All have large fitted wardrobes, providing ample storage space for all your clothes, & those bulky suitcases. Plenty of clothes-hangers are provided. There's an international programmes television in the master-bedroom, & hair-dryer, & a safe in wardrobe. All bedrooms are air-conditioned (hot&cold), & a heater for the cooler months. Maintenance contract on above, and serviced regularly. Bed-side lights. English sockets are provided for easy re-charging of mobile phones, cameras etc.
