Check in time 3 PM. Check out time 10 AM. Rates subject to change without notice. Deposit of $300.00/$500.00 rally; is required to guarantee reservation and is security against damage, inadequate checkout cleaning, late checkout, and other reasons as described in rental agreement. The vacation home will be inspected after your departure. If there are no problems, the deposit will be returned in full, by mail within 14 days of your checkout date. The deposit will be refunded less $75.00 if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 14 days notice. Rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy. South Dakota sales tax and tourism tax may apply. Standard cleaning fee of $65.00 + tax, Rally: $130.00 + tax. Entire rental agreement will be sent at time of inquiry.

Hot tub, patio table & chairs on front deck; fireplace on main level; full baths on each floor and a whirlpool tub off the master bedroom; gas grill and picnic table underneath front deck.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser,loveseat and phone w/answering machine. French doors will lead you to a 2nd story balcony that has a table for 2 for enjoying your morning coffee.
Other bedrooms have queen size beds, dressers and chair or chairs; loft has a queen size futon, chair and loveseat; living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, chairs and an additional sofa. Twin roll-a-way bed also available.
Ceiling fans throughout, basic satellite TV, VCR/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave hood, small appliances, cooking and eating utensils; linens, blankets, towels and basic necessities are all furnished. The ground floor features a double futon with bunk, full bath, an efficiency kitchen with microwave and an under the counter refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils. Washer and dryer are located on the ground floor. Off street/road parking with dual access for easy trailer movability. BR B Activities: /B BR There's plenty to see and do. Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park (Needles Highway and Iron Mtn Road), Spearfish Canyon, Historic Deadwood, Devil's Tower-WY, Spearfish, Sturgis, Rapid City are all within an hours drive. For the outdoor people, there's wildlife viewing, hiking, hunting, horseback riding, fishing, golf, biking, ATV rental, skiing of all kinds and snowmobiling in the winter months.
There's also museums to visit, gambling and don't forget shopping!
