Cottage rental starts February 1st through September 30th and rental rates range from $1000-$2870 per week. Weekly rentals start and end on Saturdays. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. There is a $250 deposit due at booking time, and the remaining balance will be due 30 days before the arrival date.
The following rental rates include the 11.5% tax rate.

Amenities: Riverside cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king and 2 twins), 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen houses range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker, DW, disposal. Stereo w/CD player, 3 cable TVs. VCR, phone with message center, log fireplace, ceiling fan. 2 upper decks, 1 lower sun deck, screened in porch facing West, river and marsh. Outside shower, under house parking for 4 cars, separate W/D room. Amenities for Inlet Cove Club cottages include a 25-meter swimming pool and bathhouse, boat dock and cookout area. Leisure trails allow quick access to the beach and West Beach Village area.
