A $200 security deposit is required for ALL rentals.
A $200.00 security deposit is required, no exceptions. Weekly/nightly. Monthly deposit is $300. Deposits will be returned within 30 days of departure, provided there is no damage done and the inventory is checked satisfactory.
for South Carolina renters: we will accept a personal check up to 15 days prior to check in.
repeat renters: personal checks are accepted
new renter - not from South Carolina: we accept cashiers checks, credit card checks, postal money orders, Moneygrams, eMoneytransfers (Moneygram is located in Wal-Mart and other stores)
****PayPal for credit cards, balance transfers, checking accounts, debit and ATM payments. ****PayPal imposes a fee on these types of transactions and the renter is responsible for those cost. -
Check out maid service is $50 and is not required except on Monthly rentals. Check out maid service for monthly rentals is $75.
Important information about our rates:
In the past we only rented for 7 nights and turned a lot of people away. Now we are trying something different. We lowered our rates and there is a 4 night min. What that means to the renter is that the rates are the same for 4 nights as it is for 7 nights. So if you choose to stay 7 nights you are getting a great deal and if you only want 4 nights you won't be turned away because of the 7 night min and you still get a reasonable rate.
