There is a large dining table in the dining area plus bar stools around the granite counter. Powder room is accessible from this family room area.

2 Bedrooms on third floor: One bedroom on this floor provides a luxurious island retreat complete with a queen-sized bed and TV/DVD player. The additional bedroom contains two twin beds as well as another TV/VCR combo. Beautifully furnished, these rooms have a connecting full bath with double sinks. 3 bedrooms on Second floor: The master suite has a king sized bed, a very large walk-in custom fitted closet, mounted flat-screen television, a sitting area with sofa bed and chair. The wrap-around private deck from the master suite has amazing views and beautiful new, comfortable outdoor furniture. The master suite also has its own spacious bathroom with separate large shower, double sinks and a whirlpool tub. Also on this second floor you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own TV/DVD combo.
