Take the stairs up to the second level, and you'll find an additional master suite with two queen size beds, private bath and large closet, a second living area with TV/DVD, a fifth bedroom with a queen size bed, a sixth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a full shared bathroom, an efficient exercise area in the loft and an intimate outdoor balcony. There is plenty of outdoor living space as well! On the main level, the screened in porch provides lots of seating and a spiral staircase down to the pool level. At the pool level, there is a large deck area around the pool/hot tub, complete with lounge chairs and a gas grill. There is also a large covered open air living space (loggia), and seating for relaxing or seats and tables for dining. Also on this level is an outdoor hot/cold shower.
