Please ask us about long term renting (30 days or more) for the months of October 1- May 31. For long term stays, extra charges- utilities are a nominal fee,refundable damage deposit and cleaning . Special offers can NOT be combined with any other specials. - TO BOOK: A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments must be in the euro currency. Payments can be made by bank transfer. We also accept credit cards via Paypal.
- SCHEDULES: Check in time is 1500 hours on arrival date and check out time is 10:00 hours on departure day. In the event you arrive before this time, flexible check in may be discussed prior to arrival date.
