For long term stays nominal charges- Utilities-gas,water.electricity refundable damage deposit , cleaning and firewood. - TO BOOK: A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments must be in the euro currency. Payments can be made by bank transfer. We also accept credit cards via Paypal.
- SCHEDULE: Check in time is 15:00 hours on arrival date and check out time is 10:00 hours on departure day. In the event you arrive before this time, flexible check in time may be discussed prior to the arrival date.
