Seven Springs Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A 50% non refundable Deposit up front to hold reservation, the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before arrival date. We require a $600 damage deposit pended on a major credit card to be canceled once condo is verified damage free.
We will rent to only 21 and over with a valid drivers license and major credit card in same name.

July/Aug/Sept/Oct- $500 2 nights, $90ea. add. night, (2 night min.)
Value Rates
April/May/June/Nov- $450 2 nights, $90 each additional night, (2 night min.)
WINTER RATES

- Bedroom #1 includes a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds. Bedroom #2 includes a NEW queen bed, New furniture, master bath, and a fold up single bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit will sleep 6 comfortably, but you may squeeze in 8 if four are children. We will not allow more then 8 persons in this condo at one time.

Fully equipped Kitchen includes: electric range, dishwasher, microwave, separate cooking griddle, and nicely appointed with all necessary kitchen accessories. Stackable washer/dryer. Gas grill for cookouts. Phone internet access available. Close to Mt.Villas private in ground/outdoor swimming pool. Full convenient 7 Springs shuttle service just minutes to and from the ski lodge and center lobby (no driving needed!!).
Full range of winter skiing, snowboarding with half pipe and terrain park. Many restaurants, indoor pool and spa services. Mt. Villas private outdoor swimming pool(summer), golf, tennis, mountain biking trails, shuttle service to and from lodge, bowling, game room, and other resort activities. World famous mountain resort set in Western Pennsylvania just 1 hour drive from Pittsburgh and only a few hours from the major metropolitan areas of Washington DC, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Maryland, and other areas.
Ski: This is not a ski in ski out unit. There is full 7 springs shuttle service 24 hours per day. Mt.Villas shuttle ride is from 5-15 minute drive depending on traffic and time of day.
