Renters must be at least 25yrs of age. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee which will be waived if the house is left in the same condition it was found. There is also a $200.00 security deposit.

Activities:: Five minutes away from Split Rock Resorts 36 hole golf course plus swimming, boating, hiking, skiing, paintball, fishing and white water rafting. Also a great place to relax and do nothing if that is your preference.
