$165/night or $1,000/week (7 nights)
OFF SEASON: (Oct 1st - April 30th)
$125/night or $800/week (7 nights)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. A full refund can be expected within 10 business days. There will be no refunds for cancellations that occur short of the 30 days, however we will be happy to reschedule you for days available up to 1 year after your cancellation.
Please confirm your rental date via email. We will hold your reservation dates but can only secure this when payment is received. Rates are subject to change without notice and current rates will only be honored when payment has been received.

Dining table has butterfly insert to accommodate a 6 person seating arrangement. House Amenities: Washer/Dryer 2 TV’s with Basic Cable (1) TV downstairs has VHS. 1 DVD player. (Some videos and DVD's provided. Blockbuster just 3 minutes down the road). CD Player Small BBQ, Telescope, Binoculars, Small table, great for card playing. *Jacuzzi® Tub is under construction but fully useable. We Provide: Coffee,Tea, dry creamer, sugar, splenda. Towels and Linen (*Please bring your own Beach Towels*) Dishwasher and Laundry Soap, Bath and Hand Soap can be found in dispensers in shower and in both bathrooms (partial list). Hair Dryer, Books, Cards, Games, Kite.
