Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

2 night minimum. $200 is required to secure a reservation. $100 serves as a security deposit in case of damages...after an inspection, this $100 will be returned to tenant. The other $100 is payment for the cleaning fee. Cancellation must be within 30 days of scheduled arrival for money to be refunded. Money orders or cashiers checks only.
