Policies: Reservations for your Condo Vacation require a Security Deposit of $200.00 to reserve the unit and to protect against damage, theft, loss of keys or excessive cleaning resulting from your stay. This amount will NOT be deducted from your rental fee. It is an additional fee that will be returned when it is determined that no damage, theft, loss of keys or additional cleaning is required as a result of your stay. The deposit will be charged to credit card account no more than 30 days from the first day of your stay. Assuming the property is in good condition, your deposit will be returned within 7 days of the last day of your stay. Payment The full cost of your stay may be paid by check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). Check In/Check Out You may check in any time after 3:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy: The following fees apply when a cancellation is made: - less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount - less than 14 days notice prior to arrival will forfeit total cost of the stay - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in this unit. - Parking passes must be displayed on the front rear view mirror. If you, or your guest, do not have this pass visibly displayed, your car may be towed. - You will be charged $100 per pass for lost or stolen parking or pool passes. So please make sure they are returned to the envelope which hangs on the refrigerator or in the bowl on that coffee table. - You will be charged a $25 flat fee per missing household item, (i.e. towels, sheets, coffee maker, etc.). Note: No reduction of rent or refund will be issued for any mechanical failure of air conditioner, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, washer/dryer, TV

Standards/Policies: This unit is my personal condominium. When you stay here, I make sure it is extremely clean and in good repair as if you were my personal friend or family. In return, I expect you to care for it as well. Not all people understand this concept, which requires me to define policies you will see in this listing. That being said, if you stay here you will be visiting a clean home, with 'at home' features and working appliances, etc. You are expected to leave the unit in the condition upon which you have taken possession. If more than standard cleaning is required ( meaning if there are excessive spills on stove/refrigerator, stains in carpet, etc.) a cleaning fee of No Less Than $50 will apply). - Upon leaving, please dispose of trash in outside trash bins.
