Balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. $100 serves as a security deposit and will be returned after an inspection is made to verify that there has been no damage, a need for EXTENSIVE cleaning or removal of items from the home. Cancellations must be 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in order for your deposit to be refunded. Payment may be made by personal check (IF funds are received 3 weeks prior to arrival).

The city has a public boat launch if you are bringing your boat and an amphitheater with movies, concerts, bands, and other activities all summer long.
