Reno House for Rent: 'Stone Hill' - Spacious Home on Golf Course - Property 311782

This spacious, two story home is located on the twelfth hole of beautiful Lakeridge Golf Course and is about ten minutes from downtown Reno. The living room and family room both have cathedral ceilings and are separated by a two-sided gas fireplace. The lights of the city can be enjoyed from the living room and from the intimate brick patio. The home has three bedrooms that can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, one bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle. Also, because extra sleeping areas are sometimes needed, we have provided additional sleeping for up to six people with a double size futon in the loft, a double size futon in the family room and a twin day bed and trundle in the living room area. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. From the family room, French doors lead to the patio area that has built-in seating and a gas barbecue for outside dining.
