Wildwood House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- June- $800/week; July - $1000/week; August - $1200/week

Rentals are Sunday - Sunday. Check in time is 2:00 pm; checkout time is 10:00 am. A $300 security deposit is required to reserve weekend and weekly rentals. Balance must be paid 2 weeks in advance for weekend and weekly rentals.
For Summer Rental ($8,000), a $2,000 security deposit is required to reserve the home. Payment schedule is as follows:
1st Payment: April 13th ($4,000.00)
Balance to be paid in full by May 12 ($4,000.00).
NOTE: Summer Renter is responsible for electric use and will be deducted after receipt of the final electric bill from the deposit. Deposit is non-refundable after April 13th. Cancellation must be in writing.
