The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, VCR and alarm clock, plus an office nook/desk. The kitchen/living room combo is equipped with cookware, dishes and silverware. It also has a refrigerator/freezer w/ice maker, cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The double size futon is located in the living room. A public washer/dryer is located next door behind the General Store on Front Street.
Enjoy the many fine restaurants or visit unique shops for antiques, clothing, art, pottery, jewelry and nautical gifts. The North Carolina Maritime Museum on Front Street is a short distance down the street. Visit Taylor's Big Mug on the corner of Front and Craven for coffee or a latte and wireless Internet service. If you are a scuba diver, Discovery Diving is a short distance away. Morehead City & Atlantic Beach (all nearby) offer golf, boat rentals, playgrounds, parks, libraries, museums, diving and many excellent restaurants.
