Area Attractions: Nearby - This area of the Peninsula of Yucatan is also famous for their fresh water caverns called 'cenotes', believed by the Mayans to be sacred and healing waters. There are several 'cenotes' nearby where you can swim, snorkel and scuba dive. Cozumel Island, about 30 minutes by ferry boat from Playa del Carmen; is a treasure for scuba divers and snorkelers. Ferryboat departures every hour. The most unique and exclusive location in the Mayan Riviera, away from the crowds, in contact with the nature 'Playa del Secreto'

Carlo was the consummate host - there when you needed him, but not overbearing - Thanks! Our place was lovely and comfortable and we really miss the beautiful clear blue water. Enjoyed meeting some of the other villa owners and their kids, also. Gus, (our 11 year old) had a blast playing with Ryan from Colorado and the folks from Alabama seemed nice as well. The villas are stunning in their architecture - we took lots of pictures and were impressed with the beautiful materials and workmanship that obviously went into them!
