- Fully integrated luxuriously tiled bathrooms and the master suite boasts a quality urinal in addition to normal facilities and a shower large enough for 10 with a Kohler custom wall mounted waterfall massage shower, fully adjustable. Three of the bathroom are very oversized, totally spotless, hand bars for your added comfort, wheelchair accessible, Ocean suites have twin sinks, many closets in some bathrooms, privacy. The tile work really is beautiful.

- The Penthouse has all custom tiled master Bedroom Suites, with private and very large bathrooms. Beautiful dressers and armoirs for clothing, closets (some walk-in) for hanging clothing, special ventilation, suitcase stands, TV DISH Network cable in Owners suite and small tv for the kids in suite 4. The furnishings are high quality and a real pleasure to view. Wall hangings make the Bedrooms feel like home (if you like to live in luxury that is).

VACATION OF A LIFETIME: You get your gear, call your private elevator, go down to the secure beach entrance and wait at your private boat dock to be picked up.... Hours later, you're back after a fabulous dive. You rinse your gear, lock it up in the basement locker, and head upstairs to shower and have a bite to eat.... Later that afternoon, you put on your swim suit, grab beach towel and book and head for a shady lounge chair on the beach by the pool for your siesta....
Diving or Relaxation: Does this sound like the vacation for you? Does having a dive experience where you feel like you're flying across the reef thrill you? Or perhaps you want to travel with a large group, and not feel like you're on top of each other? If so, come stay at Casa de la Luna Llena (House of the Full Moon), a spacious, diver-friendly penthouse where you will find the finest drift diving in the world! It doesn't get any better than this! Casa de la Luna Llena is the penthouse (8th floor) in the brand new gorgeous El Cantil Condominiums. It is the top of the building so your ocean views are completely unobstructed to the south as well as to the west and you can see across the island as well.! You are 3 blocks from San Miguel, a 10 minute-walk past the shops along the ocean, or a 2-minute taxi ride to Centro, and yet you are far enough away from the tourist bustle to enjoy the quiet.
Luxury Living at its best: Unprecedented luxury in a building built to the highest quality standards in Mexico awaits you. U have furnished the Penthouse for my use originally, with the finest furnishings and not even close to normal rental unit standards. Your private, secure elevator opens directly into the Casa through a custom designed 'Jaguar' air and sound tite door. On the wall to your right is a commissioned waterfall by Nayer Kazemi, which gives a soft, soothing sound throughout the Casa when the windows and doors are closed. Ahead is a breath-taking view across to Playa del Carmen and X'caret through the floor-to-ceiling (11 feet high) sliding glass doors that cover the entire back wall of the Great Room.
Ski: Four expansive suites each have their own private bath and balcony. The Owner's Suite has a built-in Kohler 2000 Body Environment / Spa and a custom urinal for the discerning gentleman. (This is Allan's favorite feature of the Casa.) One bedroom is even set up as an office if you want to stay for extended periods. High speed DSL is included and on 24/7. There is also a additional pop-up elevated Queen sized guest bed that is very comfortable and can be set up upon request. The Casa sleeps 10 people easily-—no tripping over each other and ample privacy. There is also a beautiful half-bath just off the elevator. On the 800 sqft covered veranda is the hot tub (seats 6), chaise lounges, dining table with chairs, rocking chairs, ottomans and a buffet table. The verandas wraps around the south side of the building so you have a panoramic view. All suites have balconies.
Golf: All windows and sliding glass doors have screens and there are ceiling fans in every room should you prefer gentle breezes and the sound of the waves to the air-conditioning. As you enter the Great Room, you see custom Mexican tile floors, striking carved wood, rattan, and leather furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs, lots of reading lights, a satellite-TV, DVD/CD, and stereo with surround sound. Casa de la Luna Llena's 4200 sqft gives ample room for everyone to find a special nook or room to socialize and party. It's perfect for large groups of friends or family! The dining table seats 10 comfortably. There is a wine refrigerator, barstools, a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line GE Profile appliances, and various small appliances. At the trestle desk in the Great Room, you can write your memoirs or fill out your dive log as you gaze at the spectacular view. Or sit at the game table and play cards or chess.
Guest Book: Your elevator also takes you to the basement which is a privately secured garage, directly opposite the entrance to the beach and the 3 level freshwater pool. BBQ grills, tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaise lounges, and palapas are on the beach and by the pool. There is a private boat dock with dive rinse tanks; you can be picked up by any dive outfit or scuba/snorkel right off your private beach. There are hundreds of dive shops on Cozumel to choose from. Secure storage lockers are in the basement, so you don't have to cart your wet and heavy gear up and down. Across the street is Chedraui (a combination Costco, Wal-Mart, Safeway, and Walgreen's), the local cineplex and an Internet cafe if you leave your laptop behind. Your fully equipped gourmet kitchen designed by Al Dannerman, has deep serpentine green granite tops, custom maple cabinetry, and everything you need to create delicious meals, whether you or your private chef cooks. Our guests return again and again........
