3 BR (one with a queen-sized bed, one with a double bed and one with double bunk beds). 1 BA with shower/bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen and charcoal grill.
Unattached garage and plenty of space to park your boat trailer. Lake access has hard packed sand bottom with very gentle drop off (great for families with small children). 30 foot dock with ladder and swimming raft. Screened porch with great lake views. Cable TV with VCR and DVD player. Local Phone. 25 miles from Itasca State Park (Headwaters of the Mississippi River). 6 miles from Park Rapids and many area restaurants and golf courses. 14' fishing boat with 15 horse motor available for rental ($30.00 per day, $180.00 per week).
