Bear Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Weekly rentals; Check in Saturday at 4 p.m., Check out Saturday at 11 a.m.
A refundable deposit (as long as no damages or repairs are needed after stay) of $500.00 must be received upon rental agreement receipt and will be refundable 30 days after departure. Deposit due within 7 days of making reservations in order to hold reservations. Once deposit received you will receive info pack by email or direct mail. Please include a non refundable cleaning fee of $150.00
Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. If cancel within 60 days, you will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook.
Balance: Due no later than 10 days prior to first rental date. If wish to pay balance with a personal check, you will need to mail to us with in 10 days before checking in otherwise come prepared to pay cash, bank check or traveler checks. -

The living area has 3 sofas with a entire wall of slider glass doors which is great for viewing the outdoors from the comforts of the inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Two twin pull out sleepers in the basement. Queen blow up mattress available. Baby crib available.
