Boyne City House Details
Amenities: The house is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. Cable television is available in the living room and in the master bedroom. A barbeque grill and deck furniture make outdoor dining very pleasant. There is a small deck off master bedroom to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or gaze at the starry night.
This home is an easy walk, or bike ride to shopping and the Town Center. In the summer, walk out the back door, a public swimming beach on the Lake Charlevoix is only feet away. The Boyne area, still “Quaint” and not over run with tourist, has within a 20 minute drive all the outdoor activities available which the “Tip of the Mitt” has to offer. This house is only 8 miles from Boyne Mountain with its superb skiing and the new water park. Pets allowed only upon prior arrangement. Thank you for smoking only on the deck, as the owner is allergic to cigarette smoke.
