Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

When you reserve more than 60 days in advance, 50% of the total rental fee is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation and will be credited toward the total balance of fees due.
The balance of the rental fee plus a security deposit plus the cleaning fee are due not less than 60 days prior to the check in date.
The security deposit required is 50% of the total rental fee and will be refunded within two weeks after check out unless damages or other costs need to be deducted.
