This charming 1300 sq. ft. 'walk-to-town' home features a wrap-around front deck with glider and outdoor dining area. Backyard deck faces woods for privacy. There is a hammock in the trees, backyard bonfire pit for smores, barbeque grill, and bikes in garage. Inside, it's super-clean and freshly painted. The living area has a comfortable couch and TV with cable DVD/VCR provided. The kitchen is fully-equipped, even including starter condiments and spices. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. Two bedrooms upstairs have full-size beds. One upper bedroom has cable and TV/VCR. All linens and starter toiletries provided. The home is close to Petoskey and Charlevoix for shopping and dining, and is also near Young State Park. This is a family-style rental; smokers, please use porch. I do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
