Bay View Cottage Summary

Located in the Rosedale section next to historic Bay View, our cottage 'Rosewind' comes with four bedrooms and three baths, plus large family, living and dining rooms. A short block walk down to the waters edge will place you in a perfect setting for the 'Million Dollar Sunset' or the fourth of July fireworks. The Petoskey Bike Trail and both the Bahnhof and Boyne Country Sports are next door for all of your sporting needs too. Bay View offers concerts, lectures, day camps, tennis and water access all in a park like setting to add to the enjoyment of your stay. The Bay View Inn and the Terrace Inn are nearby and of course, The Bob-In Again. All are within walking or biking distance and offer great culinary treats. We are close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix and Mackinaw City. In addition, the Inland Waterway is nearby and several marinas offer boat and jet ski rentals.

Bay View Cottage Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1300-1650/Week
  • $350.00 security/damage deposit; not part of the weekly rate, it is returned after your stay. Cleaning fees and taxes are included in your weekly rate. Excess charges for cleaning or damages will be taken from your deposit.
