Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $500/Week

Maximum 6 persons total occupancy.
$25 per person daily surcharge for excess unauthorized guests.
50% deposit and $100 security deposit required at the time of reservation.
$50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Security deposit will be returned within 10 days after check-out if no damage to premises or violation of rental policy.
Check-in: 3:00 pm / Check-out: 10:00 am

Summer:
Memorial Day - Labor Day $600 per week
Spring and Fall:
