Camden Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $650-800/Week

Rates are $800 a week Memorial Day weekend (May 26, 2008) through Labor Day weekend September 6, 2008. $650 a week September 7, 2008 through December 28, 2008. $550 a week December 28, 2008 through Mid May 2009 plus 7% state sales tax. Rental period is from 2 pm Sunday to the following Sunday at 10 am. A $100 per week security deposit is required when booking to hold your date. The remaining rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival. Master Card, Visa, Discover, Bank check or Money Order are accepted. Reservations are guaranteed when payment is received. Security deposit is refunded at departure.
Cancellations must be made 60 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your visit will make you responsible for half payment of the entire reserved time.
Smoking is allowed on grounds and deck only. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. No pets please due to allergy considerations of other guests. - Daily Rates are ONLY available for additional days over ONE WEEK from December 31 to May 26, 2008.
