Ocean City Condo Summary

Newly furnished, This lovely, ocean block condominium is located steps from the beach at 84th Street. There is a large balcony off of the bedroom and living room for morning coffee and enjoying the ocean air. The master bedroom features a king-size bed. There is a full private bath off the master bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The living room has a queen-size sleep sofa. There are two color TVs, VCR and DVD player. Ocean is about 150 yards away. There is reserved sheltered parking for two cars. We will only rent to persons over 25 years of age and those persons must be present on property during whole rental period of time.

A wonderful condo in Ocean City, MD that is clean, comfy and close to the beach. Private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and a beach location where you can watch the dolphins swim in the ocean. One block to the beach which is great for lunch and bathroom breaks. No busy highway's to cross over with the little ones. Great mid town location, close to restaurants, miniature golf, shopping.
