Annapolis Condo Details
Amenities: Sleeps 6: queen in master bedroom, double in second bedroom/office, and queen sofa-bed in living room opposite fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen, including microwave, smooth cook top, dishwasher, dishes, pots, cooking utensils, spices, and other staples. Full sized washer and dryer in unit.
Also provided are phone, cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, CD player, central AC, and all linens. Dock, kayak launch, swimming pool, tennis and racquetball courts on site. Plenty of parking in gated community. Activities: Boating, swimming, fishing, water-skiing, hiking, and biking. A short water taxi ride from our dock or car ride into historic downtown Annapolis, city dock, and US Naval Academy. Canoe and kayak rental, shopping, sight seeing, restaurants, theater, and Truxton Park boat ramp are easily accessible. Eastern Shore, including St. Michael's, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown, is close for day tripping, as are Baltimore and Washington DC which are only 30 miles away.
