We usually require a one third down payment deposit when the reservation is made which is non refundable.
Last minute reservations which are made 3 weeks away or less from the date of arrival may be subject to a $25 service fees. Please try to make reservations a month or more in advance.

We don't do weekends prior to Sept. 20th.

The apartment comes with air conditioning, cable TV, two private parking spaces, oven, stove, washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cups, glassware, flatware etc., for a fully loaded kitchen. There is a private boardwalk porch with direct Ocean view. Rockers, umbrellas and lots of flowers are provided. This is a convenient location within walking distance to Ocean City's great landmarks: Phillips seafood restaurant, Brass Balls, the Alaska stand, Thrashers French fries, shops and arcades. It's a one mile walk to Playland, Trimpers and the pier rides or you could have the boardwalk train pick you up right at your front door. Winner of the beauty spot award which is given by the Town of Ocean City to the town's most beautiful properties!
