50% deposit required to book. 9% sales tax on rental fee & $500 security deposit added to second payment. $25 processing fee on credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds are given if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date, unless we re-rent the condo for the dates confirmed to you. If the condo is re-rented your deposit less the $100 cancellation fee will be returned to you.
Balance due 30 days before rental date. Key will be mailed one week prior to rental date assuming final payment has been received.
