One week minimum. $1000 Security Deposit Required. 50% of rental deposit due as booking deposit to secure reservation, balance including security deposit two weeks before arrival. Rental deposit refund once and if cancelled reservation can be rebooked.

Amenities: Washer/dryer, stove, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet, phone, wood stove, full bath, deck with furniture and grill, adjacent in ground swimming pool.
Activities: Keep your whaler on the island dock, and sailboats on the beach or a mooring in the lee of the island. Leave the weight of the world behind you as you walk up the causeway across a series of salt marshes. Enjoy the ancient cedar trees, watch the ever changing tides and wildlife, and swim in the in-ground Gunite pool or ocean. Come share our paradise to sail, kayak, play, make music, write, paint, swim, or simply recuperate.
Area: Day trips to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Boston, Providence. Whale watching from nearby Plymouth; New Bedford has museums and a burgeoning artist community; there are yacht, golf and tennis clubs in town and a town beach; but when most of our visitors arrive, the last thing they want to do is leave again. There is so much peace and tranquility to absorb on the island.
