Walk to some of Dennisport’s most popular eateries including The Dog House, Clancy’s Beach Bar, The Sand Dollar Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery, as well as shopping, golf and attractions for the kids. This comfortable cottage, which has been owner occupied for 12 years, has been completely renovated and is located in a family neighborhood with many year round residents. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is also queen sleeper sofa There is a deck and patio with outside furniture and an enclosed outside shower.
