. - There is a 80 GBP or 92 Euros 128 USD or 128 CAN per week service charge which is paid directly to our caretaker upon arrival which takes care of the pool and grounds upkeep of the property while the guest are in residence.
There also a damage deposit of 50 GBP or $80 USD which is returned to you on your departure date as long as there is no damage.
Termination, up to 49 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price, up to 35 days before rental period: 40 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. Percentage is based on total rental - Special offers for monthly rentals we will give you a 10% discount or even more on a monthly rental for more further details please contact the owner.
This is a self catering holiday but catering can be provided upon request, the cost of this arrangement is to be made direct to our housekeeper.
We can also arrange an airport pickup which is 80 GBP or 101 Euros or 127 USD one way this cost covers the whole group
