Padua Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• All the above prices are charged up to 10 people, no discount for a lower number since the villa is rented entirely. Additional beds are available (extending the max capacity up to 12) at 250euro per person per week.
  
  - RATES INCLUDE: bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, water, electricity, heating costs in winter season, gas, Wi-Fi access, maintenance of the garden and pool. We can also provide baby bed/high chair if necessary at no extra cost. We will give you whatever aid and advice you feel you need.
  
  - RATES NOT INCLUDE: refundable security deposit (500euro), additional beds if exceeded the capacity of 10, maid service and personal chef are available daily upon request.
  
  - BOOKING: 50% of rent must be paid at the moment of booking by bank draft or by credit card trough PayPal as deposit; while the remaining 50% has to be paid by credit card or cash at your arrival. On receipt of the first deposit the booking is confirmed.
• - DISCOUNTS: we offer discounted rates throughout the year for: early or last minute bookings, for long stay rental (more than a week), families with children and for returning guests. Email us to get the best personalized quote and additional details.
  
  - REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 500euro in cash (or cheque) as refundable deposit for any damage or breakage which may occur during your stay. When you departure the money (or cheque) will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
  
  - CHANGEOVER DAY: we consider weekly reservations from Saturday to Saturday during High Seasons, while in other Seasons we are more flexible for arrival and departure day as well as fot the length of stay. Unless otherwise agreed, CHECK-IN is from 3pm and the CHECK-OUT by 10am. Anyone with a late flight wishing to leave their luggage for the day, are requested to liaise with the owner
• - CANCELLATION by the client: Once the booking is confirmed, if you have to cancel it, we will proceed in this way: - up to 120 days before rental period: 50% of the deposit; - up to 90 days before rental period: 70% of the deposit; - up to 60 days before rental period: 90% of the deposit; - otherwise (less than 31 days before rental period) 100% of the deposit.
  
  - ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE IN THE ESTATE: the estate grounds are also ideal for country walks, jogging, trekking and cycling as it extents over acres and acres of land; guests are also welcome to play Badminton, ping-pong or Fishing in the large private lake (inside the parkland) surrounded by hills...
