Basilicata Villa Summary

Arranged on two independent floors. A beautiful Italian villa with a large and carefully managed garden, full of exotic palms, bougainvilleas all around and flowers of everey kind. There is a car park inside for 2 to 3 cars. Villa Torre is a very romantic place on Gulf of Policastro on Tyrrhenian sea, 8 Km. south of Sapri where is the nearest railway station. Maratea costline is like Amalfi one, but more wild. There are big and small beaches, sandy or pebbly, ferrous or calcareous. With a short drive you can visit two national parks, marine reserve and some sites of cultural an archeological interest.In a few hours you can visit the old greek temples of a Paestum. Anyway if you want you can stay on terrace of Villa Torre, drinking something...and take a look on a beatifull sunset!

A full equipped main floor: a large living room, with a leather sofa and antique furniture, a fireplaces, a TV set (satellite). The unit has air conditioning system for summer and winter.A panoramic terrace with canvas tent waterfront view. 3 bedroom for five people, 1 bathroom with shower. Kitchen full equipped with fridge, a dish washing machine. A “dépendance” with a toilet, a hot water shower and a laundry. Outside we have an area for barbeque with an oven for pizza and a stone table.
