Casa Frances offers a fantastic family holiday to soak up the sun and explore this unspoilt area of Italy. The child friendly, fully enclosed private garden faces towards the Adriatic coast offering breathtaking views of rolling countryside which can be enjoyed from the shade beneath the fruit trees, or in the italian sun. Enjoy the Built in BBQ, or just relax on the hammock and stroll up the road for an evening meal at the local restaurant. Casa Frances is just 10 minutes walk from the local bakery, shop and restaurant in the small local town. Just 10 mins drive away is the beautiful medieval hilltop town of Cingoli, with more restaurants and supermarkets, butchers etc. and 40 minutes drive from Ancona airport or the beach. Enjoy the wine, local cuisine, art and architecture, the unique Caves of Frassassi and the superb unspoilt countryside, or just sit back and enjoy your own private, tranquil surroundings. Rolling countryside right up to the coast. The Sea is visible on a typical summer day. The areas tranquillity is disturbed only by birdsong and the occasional passing tractor!
