The luxurious and romantic private house is restored using only natural and organic materials, beautifully decorated with antique furnishings of an aristocratic family, surrounded by great oak trees and a lovely garden. The house is about 250 years old, warm and welcoming, positioned on rolling hills with marvelous views, inviting you to tranquility and peace.
The house is located in the middle of a museum! Ideal for sightseeing.
The pool is surrounded by old olive trees, it`s furnished with chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas,child swing, football ground.
A few steps from the kitchen terrace is the wooden pergola with a tiled roof and overgrown with Roses, Jasmine and Vines. The table is sheltered by too much sun or the occasional raindrop and you also can enjoy your dinners, maybe prepared by your hostess, she lives on the property in a separate house and looks after the property. Extras: cooked dinners, pottery, language classes at home, guided tours, horse riding at the neighbors.

Deposit by arrival € 300,00 - Cancellations:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will
incur no penalty and fully return of your 1. payment. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that
are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and
reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund
of rent.
If the house will be rented you will receive the rental amount back.
•Services included: Water, electricity, gas for cooking purposes, Wireless (WiFi) Internet, linen, initial cleaning, garden and pool maintenance are included in the rental price.
Services upon request: Extra cleaning (€10,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person/week), firewood (€
15,00/20Kg). We also take ad hoc requests for cooking courses, wine tasting visits, massages etc.

If you come and stay in winter you will find a warm house welcoming you. Modern central heating and very good isolation of windows. Assistance: Maid service is optional and has to be booked before arrival. Weekly change of linen & towels, toilet paper for the first days are in the house.
