Each extra person is costed at 50 euros/week minimum, extra days pro-rata. - Beware of owners who ask that you pay for the heating, in addition to the rental rate, at the end of your stay, you could well find yourself having to pay the same as you've paid in rent or even more, such is the exorbitant cost of gas, electricity and wood in Italy.
We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water. And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad etc so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.
