Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- RENTAL POLICY: The rental period is on weekly basis starting from Saturday. Arrival time is 4.00 pm onwards and guests should depart no later than 10.00 am to allow for cleaning. In the event you arrive before this time, or you would like to store your belongings after you have vacated, you may store your belongings in the common area of Poder Fulignano and are welcome to use the common area facilities. Confirmation of your booking becomes binding only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental payable. The 50% balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
- DEPOSIT: A security deposit of Euro 250,00 will be asked on arrival. It will be returned on departure unless needed partially or fully for any damage.
RATES INCLUDE: Electricity, gas, firewood, all house linen and kitchenware. The cost for final cleaning are Euro 100. An additional cleaning service during your stay is available at €15 per hour.
NOT INCLUDED: Central heating and final cleaning
HEATING (if required): Euros 30 per day.
FINAL CLEANING: Euro 100 - CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation: up to 90 days before scheduled arrival a 25% penalty of the total rent will be retained. From the 89th day up to the date of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained. If the property can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period, the deposit will be entirely refunded.

Golf Information: 3 different 18 holes Golf Courses located within 50 km from the property, open all the year: “Golf Club Toscana - Il Pelagone” (35 km), “Golf Club Punta Ala” (about 35 km), Golf Club Monte Argentario (50 km) 'Il Pelagone' is 18 holes, 5.920m, and PAR 71-SSS 70, with many facilities: training field, putting green, pro shop, hire cart, golf bags and trolley, bar, swimming-pool, volley, baby-sitting. During winter is closed on Wednesday. 'Punta Ala', opened in 1964, is 18 holes, 6.168m, PAR 72-SSS 72, with driving range, golf-cars, pro-shop, golf trolley, bar, restaurant and spectacular views all around. Open everyday. 'Monte Argentario' is a spectacular Course on the half island of Monte Argentario between the pitoresque villages of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.
Nearest Airports to the property: Florence Airport - 130 km - approx. 1,5 hours car drive or 2 hours by bus. Pisa Airport - 170 km - approx. 1,5 hours car drive or 2 hours by train. Rome Airport - 180 km - approx. 2 hours car drive or 2,5 hours by train.
Guestbook: Mel, thank you very much. We thought the farm was wonderful! You are so very lucky to have such a place. In terms of the accommodation you couldn't ask for more. Everything else was clean, tidy and the accommodation, outside eating and BBQ areas, pool, sun deck etc all great. Campagnatico itself is charming and the hotel restaurant excellent. We arrived for the weekend of the donkey racing which is very Italian and got us in a holiday mood very quickly. So very different from London! Thank you again for having us as your first guests.
