Palaia Apartment Summary
The farm is situated in the central Tuscany. Our guests can enjoy the advantageous position of our agritourism and easily reach the most important Tuscan cities of art, like Pisa, Florence and Siena.
20000 sqm private park, with olive trees which are also used to produce our ‘Extra Vergine’ olive oil. There is also a swimming pool, wooden oven, barbeque, children swing, tables and chairs.
It’s possible to enjoy a wonderful panorama of the uncontaminated landscape.
The complex consists of: Manor House: which has been renovated in 2005 in order to hold the 4 Apartments: CentUlivi and LoggiAntica (6 beds/apartment, 100m2); BelVedere and MiraValle (8 beds/apartment, 120m2). Old Barn/Reception “la Mangiatoia”, which has been built in the old renovated cattle shed with all the typical elements of the old building. Here, you can also enjoy and buy the typical products of Tuscany. Swimming pool: (14mt x 6mt) has been built in perfect harmony with the surrounding hilly landscape.

This apartment is situated on the ground floor and face south-east . From the arch loggia, it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the hilly landscape. There is a large living room (kitchen-dining and sitting room) of about 50 m2, three double rooms and two bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.
An electrical oven, a stove top with four burners, a sink, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a satellite TV and a fireplace complete a cozy furniture, typical of the Tuscan farmhouse, provided with all comforts.

From Pisa Airport: Exit from airport and follow the direction to ‘S.G.C. Firenze-Pisa-Livorno’, direction ‘Firenze. Continue on this street for about 30 km, then take the exit ‘Montopoli Val D’Arno’ and follow the direction ‘Pontedera’, on the road called ‘Toscoromagnola’ (SS67) for about 3km. Drive through a little village called ’Castel del Bosco’ then turn left into ‘Via San Gervasio’ and drive for about 50mts after passing through the tunnel under the railways. Continue on that road following direction ‘PALAIA’. After about 5km drive thorough a little village called ‘San Gervasio’. Just over 2,5kms on the left, you will see a large gate, that is our main entrance and you are at Montemari. From A1: Take the exit “Scandicci”; follow the direction to the superstrada ‘S.G.C. Firenze-Pisa-Livorno’ (Fi-Pi-Li), direction Pisa. Continue on this superstrada for about 40km, then take the exit ‘Montopoli Val D’Arno'. Then follow the same instructions, as above.
