Our Family has been working these lands since 1600 and the same love that we have preserved for our lands we want to reserve to whom will decide to stay with us. We restored our farm with love, just to let you enjoy a memorable and unforgettable holiday. You can choose whether to stay in a room or in a flat, whether to cook by yourself or enjoy our familiar restaurant. Property includes our 6x12 m swimming pool, an open grill, a firewood oven, an illuminated bowls field, a ping pong table, a volleyball field, a basket field, a parking. It is a very special place, secluded and restful, while all main services and facilities are easy reachable by car. Gorgeous beaches of Cala Violina and Follonica are just 20'. 2 18-hole golf courses nearby. Enjoy the whole property (70 hectares) by picking up our fruits, visiting our botanical garden or watching birds and animals in the little ponds-area. You will get a great taste of the real Tuscan Maremma: our friendly warmness is waiting for you!

L'Ulivo is a charming first-floor flat, in the middle of the olive trees, with its independent entrance and heating for winter. It is 70m², and sleeps 2 up to 6. It consists of a wide kitchen-corner (fridge and freezer, 4 fires), a dining area, with a wide living room, TV, and a double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom with shower. There is an attractive terrace with a beautiful view on the country and on the near village. Outside, you can enjoy the whole property (70 hectares): from participating to our various agricultural activities to picking up our fruits, from visiting our botanical garden to watching birds and animals in the little ponds-area. Property includes our 6x12 m swimming pool, provided of beach umbrella, sun-beds and shower with warm and cold water. An open grill, a firewood oven, an illuminated bowls field, ping pong table, a volleyball field, a basket field, a parking. All main services and facilities are in the close vicinity.

We have a very good location for a day trip to the best sights all around like Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca, Montalcino, San Gimignano Sovana, Pienza and Rome. You can also make a daily cruise to Elba and Giglio Island and much more. You can easily reach us in just 5 minutes from the exit Gavorrano Scalo on the motorway E80 or SS1. Take a thermal bath in Saturnia or Venturina, visit the natural and artistic parks of Parco dell' Uccellina and Giardino dei Tarocchi or discover archaeological and historical sights. You can live the typical Italian atmosphere visiting the local country fairs and costume festivals, or the local flea market, making gastronomic and oenological excursions or just walking on the beach promenade. Golf and sport information: There are two different 18 holes golf courses located within 25 km from the property, open all the year: “Golf Club Toscana - Il Pelagone” (8 km) and “Golf Club Punta Ala” (about 25 km). 'Il Pelagone' is 18 holes, m 5.920, PAR 71-SSS 70, with many facilities: training field, putting green, pro shop, hire cart, golf bags and trolley, bar, swimming-pool, volley, baby-sitting. During the winter the golf course is closed on Wednesday. 'Punta Ala', opened in 1964, is 18 holes, m 6.168, PAR 72-SSS 72, with driving range, golf-cars, pro-shop, golf trolley, bar, restaurant and spectacular views all around. No closing-day.
