When you get to Siena, take road S408, towards Montevarchi; once you get to Pianella, go on for 1 km and then turn right to S.Regolo on road C24. Go on for about 2 km, and you will get to Lucignano II.

The use of Villa is not exclusive, others guests could be present in the other apartment at ground floor (max 4 People).
  • TERMS OF STAY - CHECK-IN: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If you happen to be late, please call the following mobile phone number: (+39) 328 133 70 55. CHECK-OUT: before 9:30 a.m. of the day following the last night of your stay. PAYMENT: the whole sum of rent have to be paid at Check-In. CENTRAL HEATING AND FIREWOOD: the rent does not include the central heating (daily lump sum of EUR 25 per apartment, on request only) and firewood (EUR 20 for 100 kilos, on request only), to pay at Check-In. CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit cards are accepted. DEPOSIT: at Check-In you will be asked for a EUR 150 cash deposit per apartment, the whole of which you will be given back at Check-Out, provided that no damage is found in the apartment. FINAL CLEANING: EUR 15 per head, to pay at Check-Out. NUMBER OF PEOPLE: only the people who have checked in are allowed to stay at the Villa. Any guests must produce their identity papers at Check-In. PETS: no pets are allowed.

  • The Blue Room overlooks the vineyard stretched out on the opposite hill, framed by the cedar of Lebanon at the centre of the garden. The bathroom, provided with a comfortable bathtub and double Carrara marble wash-basin, gives onto the cherry-trees below. The Green Room, in the fresh shadow of a big plane-tree, overlooks the wide Tuscan cotto terrace, placed in a panoramic position in the garden below. In the cosy bathroom there is an uncommon shower provided with a porthole looking onto the surrounding green woods. The Red Room, spacious and comfortable, has two corner-windows facing north, with a view of the charming ridge of Chianti mountains and the small olive grove of the Podere. This room as well has a bathroom with a shower.

Notes: In the elegant Sitting Room there are two comfortable, large sofas and a marble and Tuscan cotto fireplace. The well-kept Garden surrounding the Villa is rich in fresh shady places provided by tall, slender pine-trees. Strolling among the ancient olives, you will enjoy the natural fragrance of lavender, sage, rosemary and mint bushes. The wide Terrace in Tuscan cotto, overlooking the green tract of the surrounding woods, will be the ideal setting for your candle-lit summer dinners. The Lawn of Villa is the perfect place to relax while having a glass of good wine.

WHAT YOU CAN DO (part #1): EXCURSIONS IN CHIANTI: The whole area surrounding the Villa, in the heart of Sienese Chianti, is studded with mediaeval villages, churches and castles, easy to get to (some of them even on foot). SIGHTSEEING TOURS OF TOWNS: The location of the Villa is the ideal starting point for cultural tours (even one-day long) of the main Tuscan towns. TREKKING AND CYCLING: For the lovers of trekking and cycling there is a wide range of charming paths and white roads crossing breath-taking landscapes. ART, MUSEUMS, EXHIBITIONS: The Provincia of Siena and all Tuscany boast a lot of museums known all around the world, where one can find all through the year Renaissance, Mediaeval, Ancient, Etruscan works of art. Moreover, very often, modern and contemporary art exhibitions are organised in the main towns, all easy to get to by car.
