Renovated in 2005: The apartment dates back to the 12th century and has been completely restored and renovated in the spring of 2005 retaining the original structure and the furniture of the historic houses of this area.
Next art towns and historic treasure: The apartment is next the Unesco world heritage town of San Gimignano, 10 minutes by car from the apartment, Certaldo, only 5 minutes, than Siena and Florence at only 40 minutes thanks to the freeway that connects Florence with Siena.
