Christmas, New Year and Easter are charged at the June rate.
The cost of heating and electricity are not included in the Low season rate. Wood pellets for the boiler, logs for the fire and electricity would probably work out around 150 Euros per week. Discounts on the weekly rate are available during the low season if the rental is for more than one week.
The house is not suitable for more than 10 people during the winter.
Please note that we do not let the house and barn separately.
