Booking dates can be flexible minimum stay 4 nights. - Bedlinen and bathroom towels are included in the rental rates.
Swimming towels are available at a charge of 5€ per towel.
There is a cleaning charge of 55 euros at the end of your stay. - **Electricity (heating) is not included in the winter price (to end April). The heating is oil filled electric radiators and we take the number of units used on meter and charge electricity company cost per unit. Wood burning stove heats the dining room very effectively - we supply the wood.

- The house has one large double bedroom on the top floor with its own wash room (basin & WC). On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with an extra single bed. The double bed in this room can be separated into singles, therefore making a bedroom with 3 single beds. There is the possibility of adding another double bedroom with en suite bathroom. This bedroom has its own entrance.
