Details for STUDIO APARTMENT, sleeps 2

A large 'L' shaped one room apartment with its own entrance and beautiful terrace amongst the olive trees. The apartment has a large double bed and bedroom furniture at one angle of the 'L' and the other bit of the 'L has a kitchenette (fridge, two ring gas table top hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a lovely old marble sink). There is an ensuite bathroom (shower). The very private terrace is lovely for eating out, relaxing and enjoying the view of the valley of Camaiore, looking over the hills towards the sea,. The apartment itself has this same panoramic view. Use of the Peralta swimming pool of course and also all the other terraces of Peralta. This apartment is situated on the top floor of Casa Pipistrelli and faces south. It has its own entrance at the back of the house.

Notes: We have a local cook who comes to Peralta each day and it is possible to pre-order meals to eat in your apartment. (A sort of 'takeaway' service!) This is very popular with guests who do a lot of sightseeing and like to return in the evening and have no cooking to do. Also a good idea for the arrival evening. We have a list of her dishes . During the day, there is always someone on hand at Peralta to answer questions, give advice on where to visit, directions to find places, lend a map, help with luggage, deal with minor repairs, etc. We have a bar for the use of all our guests. This works on an honour system. You help yourself and write down what you have taken. The bar leads on to the main Peralta terrace where it is great to meet other guests, sit and enjoy the view, etc. This facility is part of the relaxed, 'at home' atmosphere that we hope our guests will experience at Peralta.
