Spacious garden equipped for dining in the open, barbecue and large, panoramic solarium on the roof. Ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen area with oven, fridge and dishwasher, dining, room with characteristic tufa walls and ceiling, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with shower and window, laundry-ironing room with large freezer and broom closet. First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and window, large corridor with access to a little terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, private bath with shower and window. Independent gas central heating.The unit is equipped with all necessary fittings for leaving and cooking and delivered in a clean and tidy condition. Bed and bath linen are supplied (no pool towels). All the apts are equipped for sleeping and cooking requirements (self-catering: no consumables are provided). Sheets and towels are supplied (not including towels for the swimming pool).
The apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 5.00pm to 8.00pm and departures by 10.00am. In low and mid-season or as last minute-upon request and depending on availability-bookings may also be accepted for periods other than a week.
