A third and a fourth additional guest is charged:
Low season: + 40 €/week each;
Mid season: + 50 €/week each;
High season: + 60 €/week each;
A fifth additional guest is charged in all seasons: + 70 €/week; a sixth guests: + 100 €/week;
(Mind we have only one bathroom). - Payment on line recommended (paypal) -no extra fee required -
+5% only in the case you want to pay via bank transfer or sending a cheque.
Discounts for bookings involving both our units (Renzo's Apartment and Magenta Apartment)
50% deposit is required at the booking, balance six week before arrival.
We normally rent per week. The apartment is consigned in the care of guests clean and tidy and with all normal household items. No extra amounts are necessary for final cleanings at departure. We cannot offer personal services during your stay. - On demand: internet WIFI flat connection: 5.00 Euro/day. The option is applicable only to the entire reserved period.
Parking place for one car (in our fenced private street) has an extra charge. Ask for availability and cost in our private website (please google 'Archirent' to find it).

- Linen and towels are available into the apartment as the whole housing equipment. Mind we are not a commercial tourist entity: due to the current stupid Italian regulation we are not allowed to give you a direct personal service on the spot during your stay. Weekly maid service may be requested and paid directly by the guests.
